Icon Collective announces the launch of its new Label, IC Digital.
In collaboration with the Iconic Artist, Prince, IC Digital and David Alexander have produced the first Official Remix for Prince, an artist who has seldomly relinquished control of his music. Having fully endorsed the label and th remix, Prince has also given IC Digital the unique distinction of distributing, marketing, and releasing the "Dance 4 Me" Icon Remix... an incredible milestone given his propensity and disdain for typical record labels, then again, IC Digital is not your typical label.
With a fresh approach to releasing music, and embracing the new frontier of online digital music, IC Digital is poised to embrace artists, music and fans well into the 21st century.
Icon Collective extends deep into the industry including distributing and marketing the music of our graduates and members through our exclusive label, IC Digital.
Founded in 2009 as a means to provide Icon Collective members with the resources and tools to live creative lifestyles, IC Digital has distribution thru Beatport, iTunes, and many of the major digital distribution channels. Our release schedule includes monthly EP’s, major Remixes, Compilation CD’s and the best from our large body of talent.
Everyone deserves to have a voice… and we empower our graduates to be heard. We encourage our graduates to submit their commercial grade music for potential releases and remix opportunities thru our exclusive Label. IC Digital also hosts monthly industry events and shows, in Hollywood and Los Angeles, serving to bring even more attention to our music, our culture and our talented graduates.
